Saturday, May 27, 2017 - WSET, Level 1; 5/27/2017-5/28/2017 (The Vineyard at Florence, Florence, TX): Blind tasting. Very light texture and body, garnet color. Lots of upfront earthy aromas with tart cranberries, spicy raspberries, and juicy strawberries on the palate with a dose of wet earth. Noticeable acidity on the tongue supporting a medium plus finish. Very nice Bourgogne.
