Monday, June 4, 2012 - Lemon curd nose with grapefruit, white fruits, some floral nuances, a touch of baking spice, slight almond bisquit and rubbery toast.
Lightbodied and quite dry on the palate with refreshing acidity balancing the citrusy sweetness. Cooling wide moussé. Some bitter character leading to a finish of rubber, almonds and maccadamia.
A good Cava - cooling, refreshing and citrusy with some toast accents. The dosage works here pretty well.
