Saturday, December 5, 2020 - Consumed over 2 days. Remarkably no decline the second day. This has a stunning nose. So complex and much going on. The initial palate is missing a bit of fruit. Think that is do to the heat ofbthw vintage. But the finest part is the long finish which for a Barbaresco is quite massive. That’s part the producer’s style and part the hit vintage. But the finish here is truly remarkable which absolutely makes up for anything else.
