Wednesday, July 5, 2023 - This has evolved a bit since the last time I tried it.
Just starting to show some aged characteristics and just starting to get some brown tinges on the edge of the glass.
Still has its trademark spice, red fruits etc. A lovely drink with a bit of tannic grip still on the long finish.
Definitely needs a decant given the amount of sediment.
