Community Tasting Note

Sunday, April 15, 2007 - Oops! Just realized that I consumed this bottle five years ago, but had marked consumed a 2003 and wrote tasting notes on the wrong bottle.

So here are my notes from April 2007, consuming this bottle...

Very rich (but not overly sweet), with nice dark berries & spice. The alcohol still is not smoothed out and it accents the initial taste, but is not detectable on the finish. Very nice. I will wait a couple of years to consume my last two bottles.
