Saturday, October 9, 2021 - Deep ruby color, almost purple. Primary nose with intense cassis and some cherries. Tobacco notes throughout. Good acidity, very primary with lots of cassis, some plums - intense but not jammy in the least - not many secondary notes yet except some oak on the medium+ ending with chalky tannins. Less complex than I would have expected - this is still in its infancy and I can see it improve quite a bit in 2-3 years. 91 now.
