Thursday, May 21, 2020 - Medium yellow, pear, bruised fruits, red apple skins and granny smith tartness. Lots of mineral. Extremely acidic on the palate, wakes you up immediately. Better after a decant or in our case on the second day.

Needs 10-20 years.
