Tuesday, July 16, 2019 - Decanted for 90 minutes. Dark purple in color with aromas of cedar and black fruit. Ready to drink, this was the best of the three I owned. Complex flavors of plum, black cherries, cassis and a unique minerality that is Paul Hobbs’ style ( in my view). Some acidity and tannins to make the finish long-lasting.
