Friday, May 22, 2009 - very pale and clear. subtle floral and mineral. Somewhat Sauvignon Blanc-like. Reminds me of a good white from Friuli. bright acidity at first. opens up into a very nice slghtly off-dry aperitif. crisp lime, granny apple and minerals. Great balance. Great
