Saturday, January 18, 2020 - 2 hours in decanter, 1 hour in glass,
The initial nose is has a lot of sulfur and there is zing on the palate. As the wine opens up in the decanter the sulfur fades out and the palate turns into a sour cherry.
Intensity is deep and colour is red ruby
The nose is red berries, red cherry with a hint of strawberries and is medium intensity
The palate is dry, tannin is medium, alcohol is low, acidity is low and flavour intensity is medium
Primary flavour is red berry, red cherry, sour cherry with a hint of caramel.
