Community Tasting Note

Saturday, May 27, 2017 - Unscrewed and poured, moderate yellow-gold hue. Super expressive nose shows green apple, lime zest, subtle petrol, a tinge of matchstick from reduction and flinty minerals galore. Light to moderate-light body with decent concentration and great acidity. On the palate, this Grüner is all about immediate fruit on the front complimented by a cascade of stoney minerals, which makes it ridiculously easy to drink in spite of the complexity.
Just a great bottle of wine, groovy even.
