Saturday, November 9, 2013 - w/ MN, CC1, CC4, Ines, Carlos. CC1 birthday. Irreproducible risotto. Wow! what a fantastic wine! Opened 2 hrs before dinner, did not decant. Beautiful color, brick rim and deep colored glass. Perfect cork. Wonderful tertiaries, still lots of fruit. Incredible complexity, balanced acidity kept it all together. Smell was truly inebriating, Lots of am arena cherry, slight leather and tar. Wow!
