Saturday, September 30, 2017 - Smelled immediately heat damaged or oxidized despite perfect cork and fill and required an hour of air to freshen up (something I've noticed a lot in mature Sangiovese recently). Some rusty iron, tart pie cherries, terracotta, firm and requiring food.
