Sunday, March 22, 2015 - smells like spring! Wildflowers, herbs, sunshine and lychee fruit. Raspberries, shoe leather and graphite with bright acidity. This fairly structured wine opened up more on day 2. This could hold for 2-3 years but not needed at all. Drink up, a fantastic expression of Loire cab franc with 5% cab sauv. Biodynamic.
