Sunday, December 24, 2023 - Decanted 3 hours. Nose of nail polish and licorish, powerful but elegant with a silky mouthfeel. I believe this wine to be firmly in the drinking window although I did give it a longer than usual decant. This is one of the strongest wines I’ve had in many years. Making me rethink my migration to Bordeaux.
