Sunday, June 11, 2023 - Noble rot soho, 10/6/2023, from coravin. I’ve never heard great things about Noval ‘85 (or, frankly, any Noval pre-AXA), but this was a pleasant surprise. Browning on the rim, pretty light with friendly sweetness and still quite a lot of fruit. Not overly complex/academic but very easy and happy drinking - it was genuinely lovely and exceeded expectations; I expected it to be over the hill.
