Thursday, January 5, 2023 - There's always a bit of an edge in this wine in this year. It's just a nice aged Bordeaux. Wish we had opened and double-decanted before bringing it. There was some sediment that had gotten stirred up into the wine so it poured a touch more cloudy and wasn't quite as clean of a style. But still very tasty.
