Friday, September 8, 2023 - Arthrovine nailed the tasting notes for me, more than three years later! Clean mountain air with a hint of pit smoker is a perfect descriptor, even now. For my palette, this is a lovely mature coastal syrah - it's much lighter bodied than you would think, but the finish is long and wonderful. I am writing this on Day 2, but when I woke up this morning, I could still taste that lovely meaty syrah. This is great winemaking!
