Tuesday, January 26, 2016 - ROAGNA vs. BORGOGNA: Frutta affumicata, avvolta da un velo pungente di menta. La bocca emoziona per lievità e scorrevolezza. Tannini e rovere si arrendono all' espressività debordante degli impulsi aromatici che foderano le mucose con un' eleganza e una consapevolezza degna solo dei più grandi vini.
Medio corpo e persistenza struggente con un ricordo esotico di the alla pesca sul finale interminabile che ricorda tanto il Monfortino 2008.
Uno di quei vini che ti restano stampati nella mente per anni.....
