Tuesday, November 26, 2019 - Bottle 5 of 6 and I think we're finally settling into a sweet spot. This bottle was markedly better than the others with significantly softer green notes. This one was nicely balanced, smooth, and flavorful. Wait another year on the last bottle just to see what it does.
