Sunday, December 24, 2023 - 30 mins slow ox, using std syrah stems. Muted graphite, creosote, crushed stone and currants on the nose.

Everything's in balance tonight with no component outshining another, with the palate continuing what was evident on the nose. Finish lasts for 20+ secs, lightly coating the palate without resting heavily across it. While my last bottle there's still plenty of life left here. Enjoy!
