Friday, June 11, 2021 - I’m digging this a lot. Much more than its brother (Obsidienne). Big mouthfeel with a cool V-shaped acid line of like a sour mango, great toasty chalky touches of buttery nose, perfectly balanced dosage, long long finish. Writing this as I sip and I keep wanting to add another point to the score with each sip. At this rate I’ll hit 110 by the end of the bottle. Watch this space. (Update: it plateaued at 93)
