Monday, July 11, 2022 - Dark fruits (cassis, sloan, blackberries), dark chocolate, herbs, leather, coffee in a rich h nose
Coffee, bitter chocolate, sloan, good acidity, tannins are still present but softened. Blueberries in a balanced aftertaste
Cellared for 7 years which did the trick to soften the tannins. Again it is true that a Bandol should be at least 7-8 years old before being consumed 🍷🍷🍷 and this one can certainly be kept for another couple of years 😊
