Wednesday, January 24, 2024 - Pale shiny light gold with green tint. Citrus, green apple, oak, liqourice, ginseng, buttered popcorn, honeysuckle, remnant minerality and hint of salinity. Medium bodied, medium-high acidity, good structure, and Long finish. Good tension on palate.

Wine still look and tasted youthful, except for the emergence of the ginseng, liquorice flavors and the diminishing of perhaps once sharp minerality. Wonderful winemaking.
