Friday, October 14, 2022 - Wines of the Gods (House of AC and JC): Light yellow with smoky brioche nose. Intense peach stones with bright rose grapefruit on the deep palate, which effervesces into a complex triad of vanilla, hazelnut and bergamot on the long finish. A very dry champagne , masterly crafted from those unusual seeded pinot vines, that are rare indeed and come with a justifiably steep price that slays almost all competitors in the bubbly pantheon.
