Friday, April 12, 2024 - Popped and poured. Subtle nose showing pear, orange peel and a little sea salt. The wine is medium to full bodied, silky and elegant and remarkably fresh still. This lacks the complexity of the best vintages but is still quite good. Aubert is the most consistent long term agers among chardonnays that I have found.
