Thursday, June 25, 2015 - Clear, pale/medium lemon in color with pronounced aromas of orange blossom, lemon custard, peach and apricot with hinted notes of candied ginger and roasted nuts. Dry with medium acidity and high alcohol. Pronounced flavors of aforementioned fruit are elegantly presented atop an underlying base minerality. Full bodied with notable viscosity; providing a creamy, softly textured presence on the palate that coats the mouth giving way to long lingering finish. Perceptible oak is here but so beautifully integrated that one barely notices its presence. Delicious now but will certainly drink well for a decade or beyond.
