Saturday, May 5, 2018 - While this Chardonnay has terrific citrus and lemon fruit notes bursting with intensity, it did not have the usual Aubert balance and smoothness that I expect. Nice complexity with additional notes of stone fruit, apple and pear but a mild bite on the finish which is atypical of an Aubert wine.
