Sunday, May 12, 2019 - With scallops in lemon cream sauce, went perfectly. Mineral nose, some complexity, medium intensity. Good fruit, also French style, some crispness from acidity. None of us liked it as much as Butter Chardonnay, which was bigger, richer, more flavorful, and costs $15 instead of $100.
