Friday, February 26, 2021 - Wow...just when you think an Aubert Chardonnay can't get better...it does! This eight year old Chardonnay tastes as fresh, lively and bright as a 2019 Aubert but with the depth, complexity of an aged white burgundy. Citrus, lemon and tropical flavors all integrate into a wildly interesting Chardonnay. Age has certainly made this wine even better over time.
