Thursday, October 19, 2023 - Tasted at the winery in 2015. Cranberry and pomegranate. Now, at a decade, this is more subdued. The fruit has softened and, in fact, faded. The oak was always minimal, and today, non-existent. The acidity, also faded, but enough remains for it to be interesting. In the end, it was great with a very strong mushroom risotto. Was it worth the price and the hassle of storing it this long? Eh, not sure.
