Friday, November 27, 2015 - Good, not great. A bit muddled, rich, black raspberry puree, a touch of oak, no real focus, a bit new world. That being said, this was pretty tasty, smooth, and pleasurable. A bit big with my slow cooked salmon at Kandall's.
