Tuesday, May 30, 2023 - A very juicy, chewy style. The hot year came through in overripe, cooked cherry/rhubarb pie. Not much complexity to speak of at 10 years. Would make a good pairing with heavier fare. Likely a great duck breast wine if sauced with savory vs sweet.
