Thursday, May 19, 2022 - This vineyard is from Monterey and is a fantastic Chablis like example of Chardonnay from California. Loads of lime and lemon zest, pineapple, chalk, and touches of vanilla bean. Racing acidity on the palate that keeps you coming back carrying the lime, tropical fruit, mineral and saline. One of our favorite Chardonnay’s to be drank on a hot day!
