Also different was the noticeable sweetness on the attack, but as I noted from the last bottle, “this is not a shy wine.” I suspect the food choice may have contributed to the different perceptions between bottles. As always, this is a powerful wine. 14.8% alc. Not a lot of sediment. With homemade, Ooni fired pizzas (peperoni&onion, sausage&mushroom, mushroom&yellow pepper). 09.04.23. Recommended.
