Friday, April 17, 2015 - Serious wine. Such pristine aromas, golden hue, delicate but deep. Served with Taiwanese home cooking and that worked so well. A very thoughtful Riesling. A shape shifter as it danced between a hint of fruit, a hit of minerality, a depth of earth/rocks, etc. A delight.
