Saturday, April 12, 2014 - notes from memory: big and dark nose with blackberry blackpepper flowers (viola) hints of raspberry. in the mouth you get an medium body wine with nice fresh acidity loads of blackberry/raspberry, blackpepper & bayleaf.
some of the wine was poured into a halfbottle and stored in the fridge for a couple of days. the last half was really delicious. the wine had really come together, the acidity stepped back abit and made the spicy elements and some sweet fruit step forward. Im glad I have 3 more bottles + a magnum, this will be 93+ in a couple of years
