Saturday, February 21, 2015 - I liked this a lot. This is one of the most tasty unoaked Chardonnay's I have ever had. It is very young and fresh, but so complete and together. A pure expression of the Chardonnay grape with minimalist intervention. Really fresh clean expressive tropical fruit like grapefruit and gooseberry on the nose and palate. Very fresh crisp acidity with little or no malo lactic fermentation. Has a close to full bodied Chardonnay mouth feel while being super smooth and elegant. A little spicy on the finish.
