Somewhat astringent and fairly tannic on the palate with good acidity and more dark berry/fruit flavors. Overall, quite tart and primary. Medium finish. A good, but weird wine. I did not find this characteristic of a Chambolle-Musigny and was shocked to see the producer/price tag.
