Thursday, April 14, 2016 - Big and bold. Good weight on the palate, with nice tropical fruit galore. Not too heavy though; acidity gives enough liveliness.
Still feels slightly out of balance; alcohol hits quite hard, and oak is overpowering.
Maybe some bottle age will smooth the rough edges..
