Friday, August 14, 2015 - Our 2nd-last wine of the evening, and by now, we could quite clearly say that there are 2 different styles that we saw re. the wines tasted, pitting the Giroud, Rossignol, this, & the last wine to come in one (style) vs. the others. The Lafon was somewhere in-between. This Bouley surely delivered elegance, purity & transparency in spades. Very floral with red-cherried nose. Like the Rossignol, this had the vibrancy and uplift on the palate along with good minerality. Lingering finish too. Very nice!
