Sunday, January 7, 2018 - Apparently it should have Bret-notes, but really discreet - perhaps a hint of stable. But it has a lovely nose with warm strawberries and herbs (rosemary, lavender, thyme - the Garrigue) and Rhone-typical grape-pits (which I tend to find in Crozes Hermitage and others, including in fact an Etna Rosso I had recently). Taste is medium, acid is low, tannins develop and are mouth filling. Really lovely. Probably not worth saving regarding the fact that fruit is a little on the weak side. It drinks well now.
