Sunday, March 24, 2024 - Medium dark muted violet color. Bouquet is fresh, herbaceous, earthy. Lovely flavors of blackberry compote, savory spices, damp leaves in a great way. Tannins super well integrated, present but subdued. Acidity is still there. Wonderful bottle. Super flavorful, greatly balanced. My last one so someone else will have to report back on how the bottle evolves in the future.
