Sunday, April 23, 2017 - Ridge Monte Bello Tasting (Ridge Monte Bello, Cupertino): Lovely aromatics on the nose with red fruit, black fruit, slight spice, some vanilla; palate is full bodied, surprisingly approachable tannins but still youthful, tons of primary fruit; long finish. Excellent, but perhaps less long lived than the 2013. 92
