Saturday, March 11, 2017 - Aroma: Camphor, menthol, cedar, cinnamon, plum, rose, strawberry.
Palate: Bright red fruit and green grippy tannins lead to flavors of smoked meat, clay, tobacco, green pepper, kalamata olive. Excellent structure, acidity and length.
