Thursday, April 23, 2020 - Decanted 12hrs. Youthful red/purple. Ripe nose of blackberry, cassis and the slightest hint of something herby - juniper? On the red end of the fruit spectrum and as always, that signature Monte Bello blend of concentration and freshness that very few producers in the valley seem to be able to achieve. Definately drinkable now with a long decant but decades to go.
