Friday, December 25, 2020 - Popped it in the decanter for five hours and it lit up the kitchen with aroma's of black fruit, leather and currant. One of the best noses I have experienced this year. I haven't drank many Monte Bello's and was quite impressed with this bottle. It's lighter on the pallet than I expected but the balance of fruit, earth and spices was just right for our Prime Rib.
