Saturday, January 2, 2021 - Decanted for 3 hrs and paired with sous vide steak. Aroma had the ‘Draper perfume’ but was a little more muted than I remember. Deep purple/red color. I was pleasantly surprised by the rich fruit flavors on the palate, which was full of flavor and showing well. I know that this was relatively young to open a MB but I really enjoyed it even at this stage.
