Saturday, August 14, 2021 - Bottle 2 of 6. Last year was too early. This year should have decanted for longer than 2 hrs. Really nice wine with lots of black fruit, leather, some herbs coming through and a touch of licorice.
Approachable now but needs at least 2-3 years to reach its apex

8/20/2021 3:33:00 PM - When I had this at the winery a few years back at a club member tasting they decanted it the day before….It is still baby…needs both time in the cellar and lots of air if you drink it in the next 5-10 years.This will best at 20 years old IMO…patience!
