Tuesday, April 5, 2011 - Probably the most intense sauvignon blanc I've had. Lots of bright, lemony acidity. Tart and tasty. The downside was that there was a little bit of oxidation on the back end, so as others have noted, it's probably all downhill from here, so drink now. VG+
